The ALTER-ETSIT Workshop on Lidar Technology and Applications was held online on 27 November, organised by the "Alter Technology Development and Innovation in Photonics" Chair of the ETSI Telecommunication of the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM).
The event included invited talks by European experts on the subject, such as Adolfo Comerón (UPC), Georgios Tzeremes (ESA), Santiago Royo (UPC), Laurent Lombard (ONERA), Nicolas Cézard (ONERA) and Francisco Javier Pérez Grau (CATEC).
The event was a great success, with over 130 people registered from 12 different countries, and the average live attendance was around 100 people.
