Our company is changing its business name from Optocap Ltd. to ALTER TECHNOLOGY TÜV NORD UK Ltd.
The change will come into effect on 11th November 2019.
In day-to-day communications we will be known as ALTER TECHNOLOGY UK.
The name change rebrands our company to align us with our parent company ALTER TECHNOLOGY TÜV NORD but there has been no change in the company ownership or management, or in the range of products & services that we offer. We will continue to offer microelectronics, optoelectronics and photonics engineering and packaging services as well as our new range of narrow linewidth lasers for Quantum Technology applications. This change means that we can offer EEE procurement, test and qualification services working with our parent company as a seamless end-to-end solution.
Contracts, NDAs, Quotations and Purchase Orders will not be affected by this change of company name and our company registration number remains unchanged.
There are two important changes. Our registered address has changed to 5 Bain Square, Livingston, Scotland, EH54 7DQ, and Email addresses change from @optocap.com to @uk.altertechnology.com.
