The ATN Technical Project Office was born in 2022 with two main goals:
- To ensure the efficient management and execution of specific projects considered strategic or of high value by the company.
- To look for economic return on projects beyond the initially established objective.
Currently formed by Ana Morató (Responsible for contractual and administrative issues), David Poudereux (In charge of the technical decisions) and Juanjo Medina (Head of the department), the TPO deals with more than 20 projects with clients as diverse as Space Agencies, EU and National Ministries or Private Companies.
In their own words: “The support of the other company areas is needed. Technical departments for the execution of projects and support in customer meetings and commercial department when contacting potential customers -> We try to develop a crossed action within the company.”
