With Holger Krumme and Christian Wilps as their new CEOs, HTV and HTV Conservation are looking forward to cooperating and being able to offer a wide range of semiconductor services at the highest international level together with ALTER TECHNOLOGY and TÜV NORD GROUP in the future.
The acquisition encompasses the HTV Halbleiter-Test Vertriebs-GmbH, which specializes in testing and programming/flashing of semiconductor chips along with sensors and optical components like LEDs – both in high and low volume quantities. Furthermore, the HTV Conservation GmbH, which has developed an innovative method impeding the aging process of microelectronic components (HTV-TAB®-method), is also part of the acquisition. This allows for semiconductor chips to be preserved for up to 50 years in a functionally stable and processable manner.
Customers throughout Europe and also worldwide will benefit from our portfolio expansion. We are thus making an active contribution to the resilience of the semiconductor industry and strengthening Europe as a semiconductor location. HTV opens up access to industries such as automotive, industrial automation and medical technology.
Thank you for welcoming us into the ALTER and TÜV NORD family.
