This is what you can expect
- Lead software projects from planning to delivery.
- Define and standardize technology stacks and architectures.
- Apply agile and secure development methodologies.
- Coordinate technical teams and promote continuous improvement.
- Manage data governance processes and IT vendor supervision.
- Support CAPEX planning and budgeting with the CIO.
- Ensure alignment with the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
This is what we expect
Must-have
- Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years leading web-based projects and teams.
- Experience as a software analyst.
- Strong knowledge of secure development and ISO 27001.
- Advanced English (B2+), leadership, and communication skills.
Nice-to-have
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database modelling.
- Familiarity with .NET, Angular, MVC, Microservices, DDD.
- Experience with Big Data (Solr, Elasticsearch, Hadoop…).
- Knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP), CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins…).
- Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
