The Quality Department of ALTER TECHNOLOGY TÜV NORD, a quality-driven company specializing in procurement, engineering, and testing of electronic components and equipment for Aerospace and other hi reliability industries, is looking for a QUALITY MANAGEMENT ENGINEER.

She / he will be integrated in the Quality Department of the company in charge of the management system that integrates Quality, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental and Sustainability management.

We are looking for a qualified person, with a keen interest in technology and work methodologies to work in the development and improvement of our working processes and services. Job functions:

  • Support to the management of the Integrated Management System (IMS): leading management reviews, performance of internal audits, management of KPIs, control of IMS documentation, performance of customer satisfaction surveys, detect, investigate and follow-up anomalies and deviations, qualification of personnel,...
  • Support in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Sustainability and Environmental Management pursuing the safety of our employees and the sustainability objectives of the group.
  • Manage the relevant training programs, maintaining training schedule, materials and records.
  • Coordination of external audits performed by customers and certification and accreditation bodies. With the operational team, define and follow-up corrective actions plans.

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial Organization Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physical Science or in a related area
  • Customer-oriented, efficient, proactive and autonomous working style with capacity for teamwork
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Proficiency in English, spoken and written
