 WHAT IS MINDSET?

MINDSET is a Group-wide program to continuously develop our corporate culture, i.e. our patterns of thinking and behavior, our framework conditions and our daily interaction within the Group. To this end, we bundle 6 cultural fields in MINDSET - - Leadership, Knowledge & Innovation, Communication, Diversity & Equal Opportunities, Sustainability and Health & Wellbeing ​​-​ focus on topics/projects that meet the MINDSET criteria and develop solutions that offer added value to as many colleagues as possible. 

 

WHAT IS THE GOAL OF MINDSET?

MINDSET serves as an orientation framework for all corporate culture topics in the Group and includes all business units. The aim of MINDSET is to continuously adapt our corporate culture to our needs and the requirements of tomorrow's working world and to further develop our Group internationally as an employer brand. 

 

WHAT DOES MINDSET MEAN FOR ME?

​MINDSET is intended to provide all employees and managers with orientation, show them alternative perspectives, and further promote personal and professional development.
