Promoting female talent

We officially launched ALTERnautas, a new initiative to support, connect and empower women across ALTER.

We were delighted to have Inga Dransfeld-Haase, Chief Human Resources Officer at TÜV NORD GROUP, join us for this special occasion and share her inspiring thoughts on leadership, career development and the importance of creating environments where talent can thrive.
The kick-off brought together colleagues from all locations, both in person and online, reflecting the collaborative and international spirit that defines our company. The great participation and enthusiasm made this first event a true success.

ALTERnautas was created to increase the visibility of female talent, foster mentoring and create opportunities for professional and personal growth. By building a strong network for exchange and support, we aim to strengthen our organisation and contribute to a more diverse and inclusive future.
A special thank you to Marcia Arizaga for launching this inspiring project and to Victoria Bujalance Vigara for her valuable collaboration and commitment in making today’s launch possible.

This is only the beginning. Through talks, workshops, networking opportunities and an internal mentoring programme, ALTERnautas will continue creating opportunities for women at ALTER to connect, learn from each other and unlock their full potential.
