We recently hosted a joint webinar with ALTER UK on Designing PICs for Packaging, led by Liam Moroney and Matthew A. The session outlined how standardised hermetic packaging templates help reduce costs, shorten lead times, and improve packaged PIC performance. Participants also saw how these templates are available through the Wave Photonics PDK Management Platform and can be used directly in Luceda Photonics’ IPKISS environment.
