ALTER US operates a newly built 14,000 sq. ft semiconductor test facility, including a 4,000 sq. ft Class 10,000 (ISO 7) cleanroom, designed to support high-reliability semiconductor programs. The facility is equipped with advanced electrical test, screening, and reliability infrastructure.
ALTER US is focused on building a leading U.S. based site for Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT), delivering end-to-end solutions for mission-critical applications. Our comprehensive solutions includes wafer-level testing, final electrical testing, up-screening and qualification flows, and radiation testing.
