Meet our Corporate Responsibility team

I graduated in Electronic Physics in the University long time ago. I am from the north of Spain, a region bathed by the Cantabrian sea. It is said that growing  in this often-cloudy area influences our personality. I moved to Madrid 22 years ago together with my husband and my two daughters, already grown-up.

Shortly after, I joined ALTER TECHNOLOGY where I have had the opportunity of growing professionally, first in different positions in the Equipment and Testing Division, then, four years ago, I became Quality Manager and now also IMS and CR Coordinator in the new D&S BU. 

For me it is important to work in a company where, besides business, integrity and ethics are important. And this is what Sustainability means to me, the values of the TÜV NORD group: a fair employer, environmentally responsible and sustainable business as a target.

 I’m 46 years old and I am the Quality, Safety and Environmental Director.

I live with my wife and my two children in the country side about 25 kilometers from Toulouse in France.

I joined Hirex Engineering (Alter Technology France now) in October 2001 as Quality Manager. During the strategic development of the company in the aeronautic market, I managed the certification of the Qualtiy System according to the EN9100 standards.

Three years ago, I was appointed Quality, Safety and Environmental Director to manage the integrated QSE Management System according to ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001.

In today’s rapidly changing world, sustainability has become a topic of significant importance. From climate change and environmental degradation to social equity and ethical practices, there are numerous reasons why sustainability should matter to everyone.

This is the message we strive to transmit on a daily basis at Alter France.

I'm a very dedicated, hard-working, curious and open-minded specialist while being modest and self-reflected. I am a reliable and flexible individual with the experience and skills required to be successful in organization certification and improvement.

My real strength is my ability to fully understand what my colleagues or managers want and to put in place concrete and pragmatic actions through collaborative work.

If I have to describe me with 3 words I would say: goal oriented, pragmatic and determined.

I’m 63 years old and work in Alter UK, Livingston, Scotland. I have two children and one grandchild who is called Magnus (age 2).

I have been with the company since 2012, first as an Assembly / Process Engineer and then as a Quality Engineer in 2015. When the previous Quality Manager left in 2018, I was “lucky” enough to be given the position.

I was responsible for leading the effort to gain EN9100 certification and we achieved this in 2020.

In addition to assembly process knowledge, from my past life I have experience of wafer fabrication, electro-mechanical relays and lapping & polishing of semi-conductor materials.

Away from work, I am interested in wildlife and therefore it’s important to me personally that we are operating in a sustainable way as I appreciate the biodiversity around me as I walk in the countryside.

I studied economics and earned my doctorate in service management. I have been with TÜV NORD for nine years and have held various positions. I am currently responsible for sustainability at TÜV Informationstechnik and the Digital & Semiconductor business unit. I believe that sustainability is one of the greatest challenges of our time, because what we do today determines what the world of tomorrow will look like. This challenge can only be mastered together, and I am delighted that I can be a part of it.

I am the Head of IT and Quality Management . I am 58 years old and live in Bensheim, which is approx. 50 km south of Frankfurt am Main. I am married and have a daughter who is 21 years old. My wife is from Croatia, which is why we have been traveling to that country quite often, but we also enjoy traveling to other countries as well.

I have been working for HTV in Bensheim since 1995 and I am responsible for QM and IT. We are certified according to ISO 9001 and accredited according to ISO 17025.

I spend most of my work at HTV with the development of our self-made ERP-System. Lately we have started to make this system available to external interested parties to help them create paperless processes.
