Women in Aerospace Europe is a non-profit association which promotes the visibility and leading role of women in the aerospace industry.
A local group was founded in Madrid in March 2021. ALTER TECHNOLOGY is a founding member.
Women in Aerospace (WIA) was founded in 1985 in the United States. WIA-Europe has 16 local groups in European cities with significant space-related activities and industries.
WIA-E promotes a wide range of initiatives to achieve these objectives and facilitates networking between members across many European countries and organisations.
