Accessibility Statement

Accessibility is a central element of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). This convention, adopted in 2006 and legally binding in Spain and the European Union, aims to strengthen the rights of persons with disabilities and ensure their full participation in society on an equal basis.

ALTER TECHNOLOGY TÜV NORD S.A.U supports this important objective and strives to ensure that its websites are accessible in accordance with European and national legislation on digital accessibility, in particular Directive (EU) 2019/882 – European Accessibility Act (EAA), transposed in Spain by Law 11/2023.

This digital accessibility statement applies to all ALTER TECHNOLOGY TÜV NORD S.A.U websites, with technical implementation currently underway.
